If so, MedAssurant has a great opportunity for you. We are currently recruiting for an up-coming project in Manhattan which involves reviewing medical records and patient charts for various Health Care Plans in New York.
This is a travel based position that requires you to review charts in a specific area of your home state. There is a travel/mileage reimbursement structure; paid training; competitive hourly compensation; and flexible hours & scheduling.
Requirements for the position include:
(1) One of the following active & valid certifications or licensures: RN; LPN; CPC (through the AAPC); CCS (through AHIMA); CNA or CMA
(2) High-speed Internet installed in your home(DSL or Broadband; no dial-up)
(3) Minimum availability of 24 hours per week (during normal business hours)
(4) Willingness to travel
